Saskatchewan has updated its list of in demand occupations
According to the new updates on Saskatchewan Immigration nominee programs SINP, there are some updates in the list of occupations in-demand.Accounting technician, glazier, tailor, baker, appliance service technician, and Computer programmer occupations are back to the list of occupation in demand in Saskatchewan.These new changes demonstrate that you don’t necessarily need high net worth, high education or even high language proficiency to immigrate to Canada. The updated list
The government of Saskatchewan added 13 new SINP occupations which are in high-demand. Saskatchewan removed 9 occupations such as Welder, Contractors, carpentry trades, supervisors and Psychiatrists from the list of occupations in demand in this province.
As the requirement you need to show that you have enough work experience in one of the occupations in the list. For occupations in this list, you are required to show enough education. Because the government of Saskatchewan is very confident that applicants who have work experience in the list of occupations in demand will find job easily, doesn’t require them to have a job offer. There are two SINP skilled worker programs: Occupation in demand and Express Entry with different requirements for each one of these two streams.

Noc Occupation Requirements
0423 Managers in social and community services Completed at least four year degree program in a social science field. You need to provide your educational credential assessment (ECA) . If your education must be related to social work.
1226 Conference and event planners Studied for a minimum of two year and obtained diploma in hospitality, public relations or tourism, Or Completed a degree
1311 Accounting technicians Completed a minimum two years diploma program in accounting which includes certain specialized courses in automated accounting, taxation, financial and cost accounting, auditing, intermediate accounting, managerial accounting and accounting information systems.
2174 Computer Programmers and interactive media developers Studied at least three years in a program specialized in computer science, information technology, computer science systems, or a related discipline in integrated multimedia or computing science.  Courses in Computer Science engineering are not considered.
2251 Architectural technologists and technicians Studied and obtained a degree or minimum two year diploma program in architectural technology.
3211 Medical Laboratory Technologists A copy of your valid license  must be provided
3215 Medical Radiation Technologists  
3216 Medical sonographer  
3234 Paramedics  
4151 Psychologists  
4212 Social and community service workers Completed a degree or minimum two year diploma program in social work, child and youth care, social science or psychology.
4214 Early childhood educators  
4215 Instructors of persons with disabilities Completed a degree or minimum two year diploma program with a specialization in special education, rehabilitation, orientation and mobility, visual impairment, hearing impairment or intellectual disability.
5254 Program leaders and instructors in recreation, sport and fitness Completed a degree or minimum two year diploma program in recreation, sports or fitness discipline.
6331 Meat cutters Completed a meat cutting apprenticeship program, or vocational training in meat-cutting which includes at least two years of on the job training.
6332 Bakers Completed a minimum two years diploma program or a vocational training program specializing in baking and pastry arts which includes at least one year of on the job training.
6342 Tailors, dressmakers, furriers and milliners Completed an apprenticeship or vocational training program specializing in costume and dressmaking which includes at least two years of on the job training within your program.
7292 Glaziers Completed an apprenticeship program or vocational training as a glazier.
7312 Heavy-duty equipment mechanics/technicians Completed an apprenticeship program or vocational training as a heavy-duty equipment mechanic/technician.
7321 Automotive service technicians, truck and bus mechanics and mechanical repairers Completed an apprenticeship program or vocational training as either an automotive service technician, truck and bus mechanic, or mechanical repairer.
7322 Motor vehicle body repairers Completed an apprenticeship program or vocational training as a motor vehicle body repairer.
